Here’s the official Alpha Theta recruitment week schedule! In order to qualify for an interview, you must attend at least two rush events.

Recruitment is open to business majors of all genders and grade levels in the Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati.

Recruitment Week

Each spring and fall semester, the Alpha Theta chapter of Delta Sigma Pi holds an entire week of recruitment events to meet current brothers and discover if the organization is right for you.

Interview

Once you have attended two recruitment events, you are eligible for an interview! This will tell us more about you and your interest in DSP. Don't sweat it, we will provide interview tips during Recruitment Week!

Potential New Brother

If you are selected from interviews, you will learn about the rich history of Delta Sigma Pi and enjoy events alongside your respective class.

Congrats! After a few weeks, you are officially inducted as a brother in Alpha Theta.
